Default 6.0 had now power and no codes

Hi I'm new to the 6.0s and I've got problems. I have a 04 f250 with the 6.0 and an auto. When I got the truck it had been sitting for about 2 years. I got it to run finally but it barely starts and has zero power. If the ac is on then it will not move from a stand still. I have put fresh fuel with cleaner in it have put fresh batterys on it. There is no check engine light on either. At first the trans temp gauge wouldn't work so I changed it. After it is warm it is a little better but 50 MPhil is as fast as it will go. I tested the ficm and had 47.5 off and 48 running. I pulled the egr calve and cleaned it too. There is no smoke that I can see comming from tail pipe. Any ideas? I have also ran hotshot secret with sticktion modifier in the oil for the injectors.

Get scanner and check high pressure oil actual vs desired. Your hpop may be shot or oil leak in high pressure lines somewhere.

When it revs up you can hear the turbo but there are no gauges installed yet. Truck is completely stock
