Hello. I have a 6.0 2004 F-250. so i unplugged the egr valve removed it and checked to see if there was build up. Put it back in, sprayed the sensor with sensor cleaning spray. Truck cranked a few times then just stopped. tried turning the key and all the guages went to the max and the all the icons kept cutting in and out. unhooked batteries and re hooked still nothing. tried jumping now it goes to normal start up on gauges but no crank. FICM was replaced a couple weks ago. Thanks

 

you didn't ing into the intake to clean it did you? if so it may be hydro locked, normally pulling #2 glow plug and cranking will clear it up.

 

i sprayed sensor cleaner on the mass flow sensor the day before but that's it, wasn't having issues then. Went out and bought new batteries today does normal start up procedure but nothing when i turn the key. check engine, ABS and battery light stay on. Did a code scan got B1676 . No idea how this happens by just taking out the egr valve. Also one of the bolt heads holding the egr snapped off and the other one is spinning now
