make sure all connectors are plugged into the injectors properly, pull on them to make sure, also check connections of ficm, make sure they clicked in.
It takes a hell of a lot of cranking to get the air out of the system before it will fire over, the HPOP has to build 500psi before the injectors will fire off, it will normally kill the batteries before you get it started, just make sure you have a good charger on it or even have another vehicle running with jumper cable to your truck. don't crank for more then 10 seconds at a time, give it a little time between cranks so you don't hurt the starter.

have ran the batterys dead 3 times over the course of two days, it will try to crank but only hits on about 2 cylinders. my best guess is i tore an o ring either on the branch tube, or on the oil rail where it sits on one of the injectors. pita too because its all the way reassembled

one trick to speed it up is to pull the ICP sensor and crank it till oil comes out, have a rag ready for the oil, then put the sensor back in and it should fire soon after.
