Default Another high pressure oil leak..again and again

First off: My thanks go out for all of the knowledgeable poster's on this site. Ya'll have gotten me thru many of the issues that I have repaired on my 6.0. This is the first time that I have needed advice that was not already posted.
Here is the problem. I have an 2005 6.0 234k (problem in itself), that continues to wear out the injector o-ring (where they meet the ball cup). I have replaced all the o-rings on the injectors including the ones in the top of the injector three times, the last time, I also replaced all of the oil cups and corresponding o-rings on the oil rails. They seem to last about 3-5k miles. Just so you know the other repairs: egr and oil cooler delete, new IPR, new ICP, SCT fitting done, standpipes done. SCT tuner, almost always in tow mode. Motorcraft filter and oil changed by 5k. Problem arises with a loss in power, then a long hard start and then will die after driving about 10 miles. Just let off the pedal and it will die at highway speed. I bought the truck with 110k, had to replace the FCIM at 200k and them from 215k to now, I have been riddled with these problems. I do not have a good scanner, but have had it hooked up several times to some, and have been told that the HPOP builds the pressure. Only code that ever shows is low ICP. First time I tore apart the engine, I was amazed at how clean it was. There is no debris floating around. I am just lost. I am not a certified mechanic, but have been working on my own cars, including rebuilding engines for 20 years. I know how to read specs and use a torque wrench. I take my time as not to do it twice...hah. This truck has left me stranded numerous times and the last left me with a huge tow bill since I was 250 miles from home. I tow trailers all the time (usually not over 20k), not just a grocery getter. Just want to use my truck again without fear of being stranded..sure missing my 7.3.

Just wondering how you are verifying the o ring issue? . Maybe there is some other issue like worn hpop ?? Doesn't seem right to have recurring issue if you found the root of the problem. Looking forward to the solution to this one!

I completely feel your pain... I just got done replacing the HPOP, IPR, STC, and all injector orings... I air tested the system while commanding the IPR, no leaks. I was going to do the oil rails but it was no showing any wear on the top oring of the injectors. I am leaning towards a possible internal issue of my old injectors but I am no mechanic. My truck still does not hot start. I am stuck... Any suggestions will be great.
