Default 6.0l buy a new long block or trust old engine?

Hey guys I bought an abandoned 2003 f-350 that when it broke down I guess was smoking real bad, (according to the guys property who it sat on said you nearly couldn't see the truck through the smoke cloud) I finally got a key for it and it ended up being the turbo, the exhaust turbine had snapped off the shaft (someone beat the **** out of the engine but the body is in immaculate shape) but I put a new turbo in it aswell as EGR delete while I was in that far, and got it all put back together, it also needs a new FICM (wouldn't even fire on the FICM in it used the one off of my other pickup and it started right up) I have probably 2 stuck injectors in it as well as a horrible oil leak from which I don't know yet because I had to go back to college before I found it. But my question is should I just go ahead and buy the new long block from performance machine? and replace high pressure oil pump and go with a set of casserly injectors? Because as far as I know the oil cooler is also plugged, and plus I have no idea what the shape the motor is other then stated above. I just want some opinions but that's what I am leaning towards.
