So I went through some water the other day and ever done my truck won't start when it hot and ruins really rough and blows a few puffs of white smoke into its warmed up then it runs fine with just a little turbo lag I've replace the stem tubes and dummy plugs and the ficm is reading 48v any guesses what could be the problem.

A hot no start is normally a High Pressure oil leak, I see you replaced the standpipes and dummy plugs but did you replace the STC fitting on the High Pressure Oil Pump? it is more common for that to fail then the other parts you replaced.
