Default Cracked head ? ?

04 f350 puking out the degas bottle when i tramp on it (SCT live wire ts w/ MPT custom tune called bazooka) up to 35 psi boost
i filled up the degas bottle to the top and started the truck, yup bubbles coming to the top every 5 seconds, i was told the HG is blown

my question is.... i had ARP head studs done at 90 k truck now has 160 k
what are the chances that the head or heads are cracked? i cant see the hg being the only thing wrong considering i have head studs

my second question is.. could i get air in my coolant from a leaky injector cup and how common is that?, i was WELL over the limit on my last oil change and could smell diesel in the oil when i changed it, i had a "sticky" injector or something till i added REV-X truck runs fine now,

What type of head gaskets were put on there? if they were the Black Onx then it is most likely the head gaskets, they are known to fail as they do not offer enough crush. Ford Factory gaskets are the best to use with the addition of head studs. Also toque studs to 245ftlbs, it could also be the EGR cooler if it is still installed.
