You can put the exhaust on without a tuner and you will be 100% fine, the EGR delete will have to wait till you have a tuner that will allow you to remove the EGR without throwing any codes

I just did mbrp turbo back with muffler, no kitty and it was pretty straightforward. Love the sound and looks too! A friend, a sawzall a socket with ratchet and an hour made me happy!

So if its not the exhaust even having no cat that messes the EGR and enging oil cooler up what's the point of an EGR delete? Like do I have to delete EGR if I put chip on it?

Edit: keep in mind I have extended warranty on the full power train.

The exhaust in no way shape or form will mess up anything on your truck , correct me if im wrong but if I recall, the EGR has something to do with the head gaskets blowng , I think it has something to do wth the EGR cooler plugging up and creating back pressure in the cooling system and causing the coolant to push through the head gasket, im not a ford expert so im just going off what ive heard, and you would be smart to do an EGR delete know matter which route you go, but as stated you will need a tuner to delete it , make sure you buy a tuner that will allow you to remove the EGR , some will others wont

I would definitely install coolant filter kit too! Will help prevent hot spots in egr and oil coolers. Also if you did not know, only use original ford coolant! It will NOT blend with universal antifreeze. Proper maintenance with proper fluids prevents a lot of issues! Some guys do egr delete and leave egr solenoid hooked up so computer sees and doesn't throw code.
