Those would probably be a bolt on for a 91, cant say for sure though. On the 80-86 trucks you need to swap core support too.

If you had the core support, it is a bolt on deal. I used a 95 front clip on my 85 truck. If you dont swap the core support, I think you may just have to do a lot of drilling and measureing to get the header panel located properly. There's also a good chance half the holes you need are already there. I've done a lot of parts swapping between the 80-96 fords and was usually surprised how little difference there was in the way things mounted up.

I was reading up on the cummins into a ford, and the 92-96 front end is the best one to use. It has more room in the front for an intercooler.
