Default 90 F250 E4od swap to 5 Speed

Hey all, a newbie here!!
While I'm sure this has been covered before, here goes. I have a 90 F250 7.3 NA 4x4 with a tired E4od. I may have a 88 F250 7.3 4x2 with a 5 speed available. Is this a direct swap? Will the 5 speed mate with the E4od T-case?
Any advice?

Not w/o the tcase adapter from a junkyard or remote mount t case. Just don't use the dual mass flywheel/ clutch from the 88. Use Luk kit 07-131 from whoever carries Luk clutches near you. It comes with new solid flywheel with matching clutch. Usually CARQUEST has Luk.
