Your truck needs to be timed, sounds like the IP is retarded. How many miles are on the clock, if over 120,000 miles; you may need to invest in a new IP. When you changed the injectors, the pump had been used to the old worn ones and now you have this problem.
You will need to find someone that has the proper timing equipment for these trucks to do so, don't rely on someone that says that they can time it by ear....

so even with the new glow plugs and injectors it might be in the timing in the ip evenb though we never moved it? the truck was running like this when it got here had to be eithered to start, and after the gpr and glow plugs and injectors ,, i see what you mean we will check the timing of the ip is the gpr on thios one supposed to clcik as soon as you tune the key on?

Yes the GPC should come on even when warm, but only for a breif second. The cold start cycle should consist of about 10- 15 second of cycle time. After the light goes off, it will cycle for a few seconds ( you will notice your voltage meter bounce) after craking to help with clearing the intial smoke from cranking.
