Default Sunroof or no sunroof?

I`m looking to buy a dodge ram 2500/3500 srw mega cab 4x4 soon. Just wondering what everyone thinks of the sunroofs?

I've got it in my quad cab. I have it open in town. And tilted up when goin down the interstate. I'm diggin mine. It's kinda nice having it.

Thanks for the replys! Have you guys had any trouble with your sunroofs yet? water leaking wind sounds ects? I found 2 trucks I really like one has the sunroof and not my first choise of color and the other truck has my first choise of color , but no sunroof. Tough picking. Thanks again !!

mine has leaked before into the pillar posts and out the rear dvd . its not leaking now. idk i told the wife to keep it closed for now. she dont like that.

Mine dont leak. Once in awhile ill get a whistle from it when i have the drivers window down and it closed with the cover open on it goin down the interstate... But that can be solved turn the radio up or close the window or tilt it open.. but so far no leaks

Over time I have seen them leak. The seals will wear out/ dry rot. Especially in direct sunlight all day!

How hard is it to replace the seals? Seems like a fairly simple job to me.....

Oh they are an extremely easy job to replace them, we sell TONS of weatherstripping here. The fact that they leak over time would definitely not be a deciding factor in whether or not to get them IMO! I was just agreeing with them that they will eventually leak
