Default Towing 3500 w/ blown engine

I have a 94 3500 Dually 2x4 with a thrown rod that needs to be moved 400 miles from eastern Tennessee to Maryland. All I have at the moment is a 2012 F-150 I was thinking a dolly but the front of that truck is so darn heavy. Anyone have experience in this department? I just don't want to spend too much trying to move this truck so I'm open to what everyone thinks about it. Thanks in advance!

A tow bar or a dolly should do just fine.

I personally wouldn't move it without a trailer with breaks, brought my 96 2500 home on a trailer towing it with my 06 chevy 5.3 gasser. That was only about 40 miles though
