Default 7.3 4R100 on the dyno

Just wondering what you guys are doing to keep 4R100's from hunting when on the rollers? I know that 3rd is the 1:1 that we need. But before I put my truck on I want to make sure im going to make a good pull and not waste my time and end up with a graph that looks like a 2 year olds art project. Thanks.

It will not try to hunt if i take it out of OD? a couple times we have had problems with the automatics down shifting at high RPM (why i dont know) after that the graph goes all to hell.
