there are two to three in Tulsa area, 1 is private though. one is Vangs Dyno off 46th memorial (west) i did mine there last year after i got my tuner and they are not that good with doing diesels....but they only charged me $40 for three pulls. here is a vid from there..only got 407 that day, but has done 427 on Beans "load" dyno.
this is one ricer shop in town.. from Beans...

 sorry, dont mean to spread any hate, most of these guys wont touch your diesel and dont know how to get the TQ readings since they dont have "spark plug wire".

thats what sucks bout tulsa, all them damn city boys who aint gotta clue what a diesel is till some guy blows the doors off his rice burner at the track or on memorial . then he turns to his buddy and ask what the f*** was that.

there is a good one in OKC that can give you great readings for about $75 or so for three pulls.

there is one 30 minutes north of me that chris mentioned, and it does diesels all the time, load dyno, and pretty good guys. only dyno the green goblin has been on. BTS dyno will be the one i will go t to get my readings, but thats just me.
