Getting the engine is the easy part its all the little things that take so long.

I really wanted a clutch fan but tried 3 different options and none would fit so i had to do electric

Well giving i only gave $1500 for rims and tires i will live with them and for 2 38x15.50 tires was $1200 thats why i sold the weld wheels

agreed, but your swap is a little easier then mine i got my truck in about a zillion pieces.

Nice job. ive got an identical project going on with a 94 xl 4 door.
using a nv4500 and 96 p pump. keeping the np205.
any suggestions??

why np205? ford hasnt used them since the 80s
