Where does the exhaust come out? Behind the front tire? Sounds pretty good too.

Yea, took the oe down pipe and cut it in half, twisted it, and welded it back together to follow the contour of the wheel well. It terminates right after it 90s to go back right behind the wheel outside of the frame

Unique diesel builds a 150cc db2 for the 6.5l and also has a pretty quick 82 c10 race truck.

I also really like the a team turbo found at Leroydiesel.com with a KOJO tune.

I have a stock 93 db2 turned up, a team turbo, bd spool valve, and a 5 speed in my 93 k3500. Same set up in another truck dyno'd 272hp and 520tq at the wheels, haven't dyno'd mine but I turned my fun screw back for towing without head studs.

did you notice a big difference switching turbos? the s10 is going to get a big ball bearing turbo or a holset, havent decided yet. How about the spool valve, do you feel like that was necessary?

The a team is a huge non gated t4 turbo, its a custom modified and built Mitsubishi td07 off an escavator. The truck is used to tow heavy with and off the line I could blow some serious smoke when grossing 40k.

I've ran the a team on other trucks just fine and with an auto trans it lights better but it helps of you change the shift points higher and add/or a 2000-2200rpm stall triple disc converter. Makes the turbo start from its power band and can still be locked in at lower rpm if you feel the need to bog it.

My 94 k3500 has a custom KOJO tune to light the turbo at lower rpm and clear up the smoke even with a 5 speed and a good load

I just looked up a teams website, good looking turbos but almost no information . Price is alright, and it does look bigger. You pretty happy with yours? Do you have a external wastegate? What kind of pressure are you running?

They are pretty tight with the sizing info.

It's awesome for my needs, very tough and 100% tech support and great customer service. Kojo's tuning for the turbo is very well tuned.

Most I've ever seen was 18 psi, others claim to have hit low 20's. Fuel is the only thing holding it back but its supposed to be good up to 600hp. No wastegate needed
