Well Rangmar just stopped by with his Sport trac. What a SWEET ride!! That truck is awesome! The motor is very smooth and surprisingly quiet. The auto trans is a nice fit for this rig, I want one!! It drives like it came that way from the factory, nice job and thanks for the visit!

Thanks fte. For everyone else. Did a 400 mile round trip today. I got 32.7 mpg. And did 75 most of the way with a few spurts of 80 and one to 95 just To see. It didn't miss a lick ran great pulled the hills fine and I was really happy overall. I still have a oil leak that I missed. The turbo drain And I will play a bit more with the tv cable. It shifts great but the 4-3 down shift leaves a bit to be desired. It likes to stay in forth a bit longer than I would like when you get on it.

I decided to upgrade my intercooler. I had a spare 4bt intercooler ive been itching to use and I got tired of blowing boots off. I went from 12 silicone couplers to 4. I had the pipes tig welded together

I upgraded to a superduty trans cooler for $hits and giggles. It wasn't necessary but it looks nice and more. Is better in this case.

I also turned the fuel up just a Bit 3/4 turn on the fuel screw reclocked the fuel pit to the steeper ramp and 1 turn of the star wheel. Really woke it up

did you get a reading on how much the new intercooler dropped your IAT's from the old one? I am curious . I think my intercooler might be a little too big

I don't think you can have too big of an intercooler. I don't have any IAT sensors, but I can definitely see a slower climb on egts. What intercooler are you running?
