filter came in and while i was at junkyard i found a mercedes diesel with fuel filter housing so i got that one as well.

if im correct 3.42 gears came in 4X2 pickup is it easy to swap them on to 4X4 pickup? what size tires are best?

I have 3.45 gear with 29" tire and .79 OD.

Sam at parts-barn can probably get one to you.

I drilled the block on mine, both sides actually. driver side for the dipstick, and passenger side for the turbo oil drain. Go slow and use cutting oil I had to get a longer drill bit for the driver side, to keep the angle perpendicular with the flat spot on the block.

i keep looking on parts barn website and it keeps saying its sold out. ill prolly keep looking. btw put up pictures of your toyota swap

Give them a call and ask for Sam, see if maybe he can send you something. I'm not sure how up-to-date the website is, the website is new.

i got the alternator bracket figured out went down to Tacoma screw and bought a steel plate however upon further looking at one of my project Nissan alternator bracket i quickly realized that it works with some work

i attempted to make adapter template using plexi glass for transmisssion side
