2002 7.3 diesel ford

Hi truck turns over wont start! Glow plugs,cps, right injecter harness just replaced? Still same problem mechanic checked plugs all good! Any other ideas??

You should probably post this in the Powerstroke section, seeing as most "conversion" people are usually getting rid of theirs for problems similar...
