oil filter housing

need a oil filter housing the piece that bolts to side of engine that the oil filter screws onto mine is leaking out the top has a crack in one of the oil outlets for the oil line to turbo think i over tighned it when i installed my twin turbo's this is for a 1999 dodge cummins 24v
