Question just installed airdog 150 and truck has no power

Hi guys I am having a difficult time with my air dog 150 install. I have the truck running and it has a loud pump. I also installed a set of head studs and valve springs. This was all at the same time. The truck will idle and run down the road but at a light throttle. As soon as I ask for some power the truck just falls on its face and blows out black smoke pretty bad. I did the tank module install and it will not run with 5 gals of fuel in the tank. Also forgot to mention that when you come home and park it takes about 5 minutes for the egt temps to come down to 450 and another 5 minutes to go to 400. It will not drop below that. Before the install of all the parts it would go to 275 -300 in about a minute. So in a nut shell Im not having a good day with the truck. Any info on the problem would be greatly apprecieated. Thanks

there are no codes that came up. The pump is loud and this is my first air dog 150 that I have done.

Fuel pressure gauge? What did you set the valve lash to?

Oh and the canister mod sucks the big one... That's the dreaded 1/4 tank issue. My 12v has it bad. The next install I do it will have the bottom sump no matter what.

If i didnt get a good seal at the top of the module do u think that would be my problem. I ground down the surface at the top of the module but not the bottom. So the washer is not flush on the bottom side of the module.

did you check for boost leaks? And the seal on the mod isnt going to cause this since the tank is vented anyways

hi guys sorry late getting back but Ive been hard at work trying to figure it out. I havetaken the airdog out of the problem. I have rerouted the return line and it seems to be better. But Im still getting the code p0148 high fuel rail pressure. The only thing i could think of is when i took the injectors out I didnt torque the connecter tube nuts to 37 ftlbs I only did 24ftlbs. I am going to take the top end apart today and look at the injectors to see if i cracked one or did somthing wrong. Thanks for the help everyone. If this info would shed some light on some thing that may be the problem please comment. Thanks again and sorry for the delay replys.

i also forgot to tell you guys. When the truck is cold it starts good and runs pretty good. But when the truck warms up it starts to haze black at idle and the engine light comes on. The truck has no power do the road when warmed up. So maybe thr connecter tubes arent setted in far enough and they are leaking. Im not sure. Thanks for any type of help.
