Default rpm,s jumping up and down

have a 1999 dodge 3500 24v cummins with 5 speed manual my rpm,s are jumping up and down about 400 i have 149k on truck it started acting up 3 days ago it stalled out on me twice yesterday going to work starts right back up i heard it could be my tps truck has no loss of power but idle is ruffer then normal but it will get right up and go down the highway with no problems i have no codes check engine light is not on i hope its not my injection pump going out at idle 19psi at wot 16psi i did unplug my edge just to see if that was it made no difference my mods are
edge with attitude,fass titanium 150,125 hp injectors,aurora 3000 turbo,4 inch exhaust

sounds like it could be the crank sensor, i have seen them go bad and not throw a code but cause the idle jump and shutdown with no power complaints.
