ok i got the starter problem fixed on my buddies truck, it turns over smooth and fast. It will fire up every once and awhile and ran for around 20 mins then died(after alot of cranking), then cranked and cranked, and ran for around 1 min the would hit every once in a while but wouldnt run.

I had a similar problem. A new (used)Pmd box fixed it for a while..........I started a thread to see if a new Pmd would fix my problems(old problems and new ones) or if there was other things that could cause it........I believe you'll be doing alot of bumps. Oh and if your Pmd is still mounted on the injection pump alot of sites say to get a relocation kit and mount it up in the front. To help it from going bad from the motor heat I think.
