i have a ram 3500 diesel,i purchased with no engine,i purchased another 04 with vin code c,ran perfect in other truck,installed engine,starts up runs for 40 to 45 seconds then shuts down,fuel pump in tank is working,doesnt get air in lines wait about 3 minutes&it starts back up,not surging,smooth idle but runs 40 seconds then dies,shows no codes on the dash,no engine light on,i hooked up snap on scanner&it says no faults or codes,scanner shows vin off the wrecked truck but shows no codes,do i have to have dodge reset the computor,any help or suggestions would be greatly helpful
