Not a %100 sure about this engine but I would think presure ought to be the same at pump and head, the presure will go up with rpm and is adjusted with the ICP and IPR. IS this the 7.3 motor?

The truck will not start. It is a straight six inline. Replaced o-rings on oil manifold, icp and ipr.Micked out the oil o-rings to the correct specs.

If you don't have enough oil pressure to fire the injectors, it won't start. New HPOP?

Seen a truck kinda like this at work. Would run all fine and dandy, then all of a sudden quit and no start. Replaced the ipr valve (i think, I'm still a greenhorn hahah i just follow orders) and the problem got better. THe truck would run fine, but occaisionally just die and not restart. Turns out the wiring somewhere (been christmas since this happened so I can't remember everything) on ipr valve was messed up from navistar, spliced our own stuff in there and ran like a champ. (till the lift pump went out, it's a real lemon of a truck). I don't really think that is your problem cause you said it won't run period, but double check all that wiring. Like i said it was the factory (connecter? I really can't remember) that was causing the problems. Hope this might help a little.

what codes are you pulling?
do you have fuel in it ?
did it just stop and it now doesnt start?
is it smoking when trying to start?

you might have bad injectors, or leaking injectors.
