mad Stuck Again !

I have an 07 5.9 Dodge and here is the story.
Had two injectors replaced at about 105k and 120k. Just prior to going out the engine idled rough and finally on hwy it lost power like running on 3 cylinders. Ok so now I'm at 152k and I'm getting a rough idle and will barely lope across the parking lot. I take it to dealer and they look at it and tell me I need all new injectors. I nursed it home and parked for a couple of weeks so I could round up $$. Took it to a reputable diesel guy and he replace all injectors with new bosch ones. I drove about 50 miles and when I came to stop I got a rough idle again. I let it sit while I worked then came back out and I won't start..just cranks. Just like before I just got everything replaced. I don't have manual but I think I'll change the fuel filter tomorrow but don't know what or how anything else?

Sounds like your fuel pump isn't supplying enough volume of fuel. I went through injector after injector. After 2 stock pumps, I stuck an aftermarket on it. Been running great since then.

Also, where have you been getting fuel?

Mostly buy at Exxon, but occasionally I buy at a grocery store gas station when I'm in the area. (.30 cheaper than home). Have done this since I bought truck new.

They recommend once you get fuel, that you drain some fuel out of your canister. This will rid it of any dirt and water that gets sucked off the bottom of the tank.

Ok, changed filter and did drain canister. Went through priming sequence...still won't start. Cranks, feels like it wants to but nothing. When you suggest a fuel pump, is there a difference between fuel "lift" pump and fuel pump? What about the fuel actuator? which first? I bought a cheap service manual and it said that the fuel "lift" pump was located in fuel tank ?

put a gauge on it before you start throwing parts at it!

Well I got the guy who did my injectors to come down and take a look. He brought his code reader and it was giving him a code for the main computer on the truck. But he was persistent, checked fuel pressure and was fine and some other things then unpluged the fuel sensor ? (its what regulates fuel pressure) and he said it increases pressure. He cranked on it and it was like the starter was keeping the engine running until it finally held. Alot of white smoke and irregular idle at first then he plugged it in and everything smoothed out. He then put a full bottle of injector cleaner in and had me drive the 50 miles back to his shop so he could try to start it periodically for a couple of days. Well everything seems to be working, I've driven it for a couple days now and so far so good. If all this ever was was bad fuel that is the most expensive tank of gas I've bought....lets see 3200.00 divided by 30 gallons..no don't want to go there. Thanks every one for suggestions
