Default Another 7.3 Wont Start Thread.

1996 F-350 Crew Cab, original owner
Motor: 7.3
Mods: None-AAMCO warranty issue threat
Injectors replaced at 49.000 miles. $5,000 repair, warranted by Ford.
Current Mileage-255,000. Motor was replaced by Ford @ 89,000 with factory rebuilt one.
E40d transmission-rebuilt 14 times. AAMCO Lifetime
Average 14-14.5 MPG and 8.5-9 towing.
Truck is my hunting rig, tow 10,000 lbs fifth wheel 3 times a year. I put 8-10,000 a year total (in three months). Driveway is steep - 6/12 pitch. Oil changed every 5,000 mile.
Parked truck with no issues. Truck would not start next day. Fuse 22 was blown and the overdrive light was flashing. Cleaned fuel bowl, replaced fuel bowl heater, replaced all O rings, cleaned screens in fuel bowl, add new hoses and fuel filter. Replaced CPS even though tack was working. Checked glow plug relay. working. Replaced one battery, other was good. Still won’t start, oil pressure gauge not moving, white smoke coming from the back of the motor, passenger side but cannot pin point. Very little smoke coming from tail pipe. I have held the bleeder valve open on fuel bowl. Check HPOP reservoir and found it empty. Filled it and motor hit for a second then nothing. Plugged the block heater in for 8 hours, no help. Checked glow plug harness and found the rear connecter on passenger side with pin melted (all replaced in 2004) so I unplugged until I get parts tomorrow. I have no tools to check codes but will buy one if needed-Which one is the best? I get fleet pricing on parts from Ford, International and NAPA and I don't mind throwing some parts at it but need to know what to try next as these are my next guesses
1. IPR Valve.
2. Low pressure oil pump.
3. ??????
I have researched post on the internet for three days now so I didn't have to bother anyone, but every time I found one that had the same symptoms as mine the thread either ended with Personal messages or just stopped with no closer (and there is crap load of them). If someone will take the time to help I would really appreciate it. Also keep in mind that I am not a mechanic so it will be easy to talk over my head.
Thanks for any help.

if your connector that goes through the gasket is burnt, i would start there.
