Yes I have a 96 250 with 322000 on it Had new injectors about three years ago pump etc. I started having problems about a month ago. Taking my daughter to school one morning it started missing and blowing gray very bad. When it is about to shift gears it clears out because of the rpms. Thinking it is starving for fuel....any ideas??

I would do a valve lash. But it could be an injector as well. If you have a spare vehicle you can pull the injectors and get them checked out.

With that many miles you definitely need to set your valve lash, However it sounds injectorish to me as well
