Default 01 Cummins random cutout on boost

I have an 01 cummins 4x4 xcab auto. It has a Banks Stinger Kit with the Ottomind fuel box, k&n intake, Banks intake elbow and 4" monster exhaust. The transmission was rebuilt by Auto Trans-Tech in Milwalkee. I've been having an issue for a few months now. luckily i have a second car so i dont need to drive the truck all the time. It started when i was goin down the highway on a warmer then usual day in the spring, between 10-20 lbs of boost around 70-75 mph and around 1/4 to 1/2 throttle it cut out(skipped) like a gas engine with bad plugs. Some days are better then others and it seems hotter days are worse. sometimes its undrivable and just going up small hills it will skip and cut out (never stalled or shut off, just stutters and i have to let off a bit). Its fine around town. Thinking it could be a lift pump, and knowing i should put something beefier in it i put on an airdog 2 kit. this helped it for about 2 weeks then back to the same old. if it starts cutting out and you floor it, it boosts up to 35 lbs and has good power but still doesnt have the power it used to. Thinking WOT stops reading sensors and just pours fuel makes me think it has something to do with sensors but im hoping someone here has some idea. No codes i even ran live data and pulled some hills to check the load and throttle position and all looks right on the scantool. I decided when it does it i would shoot video of it on my phone but it hasnt done it since i threatened with that.. Thanks in advance for any help.

If you're not getting any codes, the first thing I'd do would be to disconnect the Ottomind fuel box completely, and see if it still does that.
If it's still cutting out on you after you do that, I'd be willing to be the VP is going out...its the same thing my 01 did to me right before the VP died.
One thing I noticed with my 01, that may or may not be the same for you, was that when I used my scantool to pull codes when my VP died, it didn't pull the codes off the truck, but when I used the key trick, the VP44 code showed up.
If you don't know what the key trick is, put the key in the ignition, turn it on off 3 times. After the third time, leave it in the on position, and start watching your odometer. you'll see in the odo window, it should say something like PCU, then whatever codes, then ECU and the codes. (I think...it's been a little while.) See if there are any codes in either the PCM or the ECM, and then go from there.

also, clean the ground cables. at the battery and at the block. had a customers truck that was messing up like that and it was the cables. not saying that is what it is, but its easy to clean and to check
