Fueling Problem

Fueling Problem
ok from the beginning...I replaced my injectors with some 5x.12s, I put them in and my cyl #3 injector line had a tapping, I did notice when I reved it while in neutral to around 2500rpm+ there was a poping like it wasnt getting enough fuel. I talked to the manufacture and they said that it was the injectors so I sent them back 3 1/2 weeks ago...I got them back today...last time I use them..... I put them in as usual and my truck will not start, It will just crank like someone cut the fuel line.
Ive pumped the stock lift pump but I did notice while I pumped it there was fuel lightly spraying out from the bottom where you push to prime it also it never got stiff to pump like it did the first time when I put the injectors in. I am getting no fuel to the injectors or out of the top of the pump while my friend cranks it. On the banjo bolt that supplies the injection pump with fuel I am getting fuel out of that banjo bolt when we crank it. I thought of checking to see if Im getting fuel out of the inj. pump by cracking the overflow valve but I got no fuel... Im guessing its the lift pump not building enough pressure to feed the inj. pump?? as it doesnt build pressure/sprays a mist of fuel when pumped.
Ive been without my Cummins for just under a month and to finally beable to hear it run and fix what was originally the proplem(which remains unsolved) is making me I dearly miss my baby.
