Default Weird electrical issue

Ile be driving along in my 04 dodge and the dash will just go dead them come back on like when you turn the key to accessorie the radio will shut off them come back on. ive checked the power and grounds seem tight even took off and retightend check the Iud fuse its good. You hit one bump it doesnt do it then the next one it does some times when you turn right it does it as well I checked the column wiring and it appears fine. even with my motor swap i have the stock wiring still used aside from wiring the the shut off solenoid seperate. its more annoying than anything but when it does this the head lights come on for a brief second and it flashes the oncoming traffic. the other night It did it then the lights flashed quick and sure enough it was a cop coming the other way he decided to follow me for a bit but eventually passed by. Any input is appreciated I only see wires when I look at it now to trouble shoot after going over it so many times. thanks
