P0480 Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit/Open (Low Speed Fan Relay)
P0514 Battery Temperature Sensor Performance / Rationality
P2269 Water in Fuel Condition

Drain the filter bowl, remove/replace filter on the cap, wipe the inside of the canister down real good, and be sure to wipe around the W.I.F sensor. Reprime the system, then see if it'll fire off like normal. If not, got a fuel injection issue (CP3, injectors, or fuel relief).

The P0514, need a new batt temp sensor, and the P0480, need a new fan clutch.

the truck sat for about two weeks till i got home, the truck would turn over but was not at full speed, shot of wd40 and started ,after cleaning the batterys and recharge it would turn over like it was supposed to and would start after long crank, cleared all codes and have not returned, the battery sensor was most likey do to my daughter trying to start it and cranking the heck out of it,the water in fuel code was due to the gunk in the bottom of canister, but what i did notices is while taking the lid of canister that it had tight spots so regreased and put back on till it seated up and it is back to starting like it used to i am going to replace the lid with the one that genos sells its a little higher but with metal threads with at tap for fuel preasure

Well you found and fixed the problem. I will close this down, but you can reopen and update to let us know if the new lid helped any better.
