Default 1997 12 valve cummins wont start maybe air in fuel or timing issues?

Alright... sorry everyone this is going to be long. So I have 1997 dodge 3500 cummins 12 valv no fuel plat and a ddp boost elbow and I had been having low fuel pressure on my fuel gage like around 15 psi at idle and lower if I got on it. Well then my kdp struck and broke my inner timing case. So I had to pull both the cam gear and ip gear off... and I have been researching this site alot and figured out the if the shaft gets moved on the ip it throws it out of time so rolled both the motor and ip back to top dead center and put everything back together. I started my truck and it ran for about 30 mins just idling but I noticed it still had low fuel pressures around 15 psi again... not good. So I pulled her out of the shop and went to take off in first and it died like it ran out of fuel... so I did more research and changed the lp. It didn't change so I pinched off my return line from the ip and got my pressure back. So I changed the overflow valve... well now I got pressure so I cracked the injector lines and tried bleeding for an hour and I get fuel in 1234 and 5 but six just keep putting out bubble and very little fuel... she cranks and cranks and cranks but won't even try and start... so I checked the fuel shot off solenoid and it's working perfectly... I really need help... Thank you all

Alright so I'm guessing I've figured out my issue but if anyone has an opinion I would sure like to hear it... so I'm pretty sure after alot more digging into this problem that my injector pump gear slipped and threw the timing off bad... When we put it back together I didn't know what I was doing really so when we tightened the gear back on we only torqued it down to 45 - 50 pounds of torque when in fact it is supposed to have more like 150 pounds of torque... so I'm guessing it killed the engine when I put pressure on it because the gear slipped any opinion would be greatly appreciated

Ok so it's fixed now I had to re time it and it fired right up... so just a heads up to everyone you must have the injector gear nut to 150 foot pounds of torque or the gear will spin on the shaft and throw your timing off something feirce
