Throwing code PO540 at me got advise to change intake air heater still throwing the same code do not want to keep replacing parts that do not need replaced the truck seems to smoke more than usual at idle any help would be appreciated

check and see if u have power there ...if not then check the fuse...scott

intake heater code P0540.check your relay.

 

from what I can tell it is the relay that they want $262 for whew are they proud of that little goodie.... turns out I can get the whole controller for $100 and change went that route, that should do it.... it better do it!!
