Mods: s&b intake 4" turbo back mbrp exhaust and a boost gauge

symptoms: when not under load I hard what sounds like a valve rattle not the typical cummins rattle, my other 03 does not make the same noise

between 5 and 12 psi boost while on highway after letting off from accelerating,
any time i bring the rpm up enough to make 5-12 psi boost

seems to only be while its warm
