Default fuel problems

i have a 95 powerstroke it will not start by just turning the key.It seems the truck is not getting any fuel. If you spray a shot of starting fluid it starts up runs and drives no problem but cut it off and then try to start right back nothing.

Never use ether unless you want to replace head gaskets, is the oil full and have you scanned it?

The oil is full. I've not had it scanned yet but there's no lights on. Today it gained another problem ever time i pushed the clutch in to change gears it would die but would restart by rolling it off. And at idle it sounds like it had a miss the rpm gauge doesn't move though like it's missing.

Scan it, the light doesn't need to be on to have codes
