Default Changed fuel filter won't start help please!!!

I put a new fuel filter in and ran for maybe 3 seconds and died I figured there's air in the lines theirs no bleeder on the injection pump so I don't know what to do to get ge air out besides pull starting it and I'd rather not please help! On the injection pump theirs two valves one hose from the filter housing and one open one but theirs no bleeder to push the air out and I'm out of options any help would greatly be appreciated!!!!!

2001 cummins 5.9 by the way.
Can you crack line at pump, and bump key to see if you have fuel at pump.

i dont know about that one but my 03 will self prime if you cycle the key till the engine bumps over without starting ive had to repeat this process 5 or 10 times before on a filter change

there is a video on you tube titled how to prime fuel system on 5.9 cummins its almost the same as my 03 but you actually have to drain the air /fuel out of the pressure test valve port

I don't have that valve port on that video one port the housing hose is running to and the other one is open
