Default Check engine light

I disconnected my MAPS sensor and put it right back the way it was but my check engine light stays on? Anything wrong or did it just shoot a code?

If the engine was run with the map disconnected the engine light is probably just for the map sensor. You will have to hook it up to a scanner to clear the check engine light

Turn the key on, off, on, off, and then on again but do not start the engine. The trouble codes should display on your odometer
