Default 99.5 powerstroke loss of electric function

I was driving home and my air bag light came on, my gauges (stock dash) feel to the off position except my tach and speedometer. My lights and turn signals stopped working. And I had to turn on my KC lights to see. I turned my truck off and tried to restart it after guessing where my driveway was ( I have to back in or I risk getting hit on my way out) but it wouldn't restart. The starter sounds like its in turbo mode but it doesn't even try to kick out to engage the engine. My batteries are good and the only thing I have done recently was put a ranch hand bumper on with no cables being pinched. When I tried to put it in park it rolled with a stutter and I had to use the e break to stop it. I have pieces of wood chocked on the tires to help it stay in place as a safety.

I found a wire had the rubber rubbed through behind the fuse box so I cut and crimped it. I also went through every wire in view to make sure they were secure, anything that had a crimp on it I redid. During this I threw the batteries on the charger, because why not. I don't know which was the right fix or if all played a part but the problem is solved.
