Default 2003 chevy needs diagnosed

i have a 2003 chevy i just use it for a farm truck and to go to work... i dont race it and i do all my own work.

she has had a issue with the instrument cluster where it wont come on like it should or doesnt come on at all. i pulled the dash gauges and checked if there was a loose wire and their wasnt one. now i have replaced the hvac blender in the dash with a new ac delco and now the blower isnt working on any setting. last night on the way to work the turn signals stopped working but the 4 ways worked. about a hour into the trip the turn signals started to work again and threw a ck eng light. this morning i went to leave work and it wouldnt start unless i wiggle the relays ( it may just have stared for another reason but thats what i tried prior to turning the key. i also checked the battery cable connections and they were snug prior to opening the fuse box. and the ck eng light was on. a week ago i went to start it and it wouldnt, low amperage. i put a charger on it and it started perfect. two weeks ago i was diagnosing a ac problem when i was trying relays and thats when she first threw a ck eng light for the first time. i just got back from advanced and they pulled 15 codes from the truck and here they are. im thinking it is a computer issue with the eng.
