Default 6.0 blows black smoke and bucks

My 2005 powerstroke blows black smoke and buck at highway speeds(70 mph) at 2000 rpm. Cleaned the egr and no difference. If i put truck in 3rd gear and floor it from a stop i have no power and alot of smoke. No mods all OEM.
Any ideas

your turbo might be sticking...

Somebody else on here might be able to help you out a little more on that. but that's my thought.

If you unplug the turbo actuator while its running does the turbo sound change?

The turbo was cleaned out about a month ago and it wasn't real bad. I unplugged the egr valve and its running good. Hoping when I plug the new egr in it still runs good. What do u think ?

Just because you cleaned the egr valve doesn't mean it is ok, they can stick open or all it takes is one of those orange orings to be messed up and it will act like you are describing.
