Question

Transfer pump voltage?

I have a 2000 ram. I need to know what the voltage to the transfer pump is supposed to be? I am only getting 8.8v right now and it's not working. When I put 12v to it, it works just fine. I know the power for it comes from the ECM, possible bad ECM??
