Default Cac hose connecting turbo compressor to intercooler

The hose keeps popping off and will not stay on. What is wrong?! I keep getting stuck on the side of the road. 2005 6.0 powerstroek

replace the boot, it gets oil soaked and won't stay of for the world. you can get it at Ford but they charge too mech for it, or you can get one from, Mandrelbendingsolutions, they have great prices and I have one of their 45degree boots and it is alot better then the ford, think it was $8 when I got it

I agree with bobfbigman. I have the same problem with my '03, but I cleaned the CAC nipple and the inside of the boot and torqued the **** out of the clamp. Then coincidentally I popped off the other side during the test drive. Did the same thing to that and I haven't yet had a problem, but now that I said that...
