Default Burnt valve?

I bought an 01silverado duramax for a little bit of a project truck/ something fun to drive, was told needed two injectors turns out lost compression in cylinder two, no fuel in oil and no oil/radiator mixture but smokes pretty good. Does this sound like a burnt valve? I replaced the injectors. when the glow plug was pulled out to do compression check the tip was burnt off. So it definitely got hot. just looking for some guidance before I start tearing it apart.

Usually the tips break off and take out the cylinder. Youll see what all you need once you get the head off.
