Strange fuel issue/bad sensor? 01 24v
Okay, so I posted a while ago about my lift pump problems. After getting a fass ddrp my problem still consists. How about this one though:
I hard wired my LP, constant 15psi. Drops no less then 11 under wot.
Starts, runs and drives fine till its warm. Then back to stalling when I go from park/neutral to reverse or drive.
After it stalls it will not start unless I unplug my LP and then it starts right up and runs great, while its running I plug the LP back in and and it runs rough.
I just changed my cam sensor, I think I'll do the iat and maybe a coolant temp sensor.
Before I go any further, has anyone felt with this or know how to fix it?
Btw cold starts fine with LP running.

Sounds like your injection pump is trash. There is a diaphram between the low and high press side of the pump that ruptures and will cause a hot no start problem. You can band aid it with a relay that kills power to the lift pump while cranking.
