Default Whistle at turbo.

I have a 2006 f250 with 6.0. Have installed EGR delete and SCT programmer. I have a loud whistle coming from turbo area. IT only whistles when your foot is on throttle but stop around 2000 RPM. ANy ideas?

is it more of a whine or like a whistle could be your turbo bearing or could be the y pipe wich is extremely common on the 6.0's
