Default Duplicolor with Kevlar problems

So last night I decided to finally get around to doing my rocker panels with bed liner to prevent rock chips, I prepped the area, sanded it down, then cleaned it very good again and masked it off. I then put on the first coat and it looked very good, so this morning I put the second and last coat on and let it dry. I peeled of the masking tape when it dried and the bed liner came up with it in a few spots. Does anyone have the slightest clue on how I should fix this and make it look decent.
Any help is appreciated greatly
