Default Need Help!

I have recently gotten rid of a emission items from my truck. Ran fine for a few days. Drove it 30 miles to pick up a planer for my shop and sut the truck off for 5 minutes. When I tried to restart it just cranked. Primed fuel filter head and it started right up. Drove it all the way home and shut it off for 30 seconds and it would not restart. I since then have applied vacuum and or air pressure to the lines from the tank to fuel filter assembly, from inlet to outlet on fuel filter assembly itself, from fuel filter to injection pump. NO LEAKS. Replaced filter and sensor, also got rid of spring clamps on llines. I can pump the filter primer til its hard as a rock and walk away for 30 minutes, come back and start the truck right up. If I shut it off for 30 seconds it won't restart. Is there a regulator or a something else that I havent checked?
