Default 03 Dodge Brake light issue

Alright guys before I thought I would ask this question I looked back about thirty pages in the forum and couldn't find anything so any help would be greatly appreachated. Ok my 03 brake light in the back are not working the only brake light that is working in the high mount cab light. Also all the parking lights, reverse lights, and turn signals are working. I have checked the brake switch and it tested good, also have check trailer wiring, fuses, and relays. Now I have the service manual and it says it all goes thru the Intergraded Control Module below the fuse box in the engine compartment but tells me nothing on how to test this and also goes thru another module somewhere on the left front fender that I do not know where it is located. So is there any way to test these or am I sol and need a dealer computer? Any help would be awesome!

Have tried different bulbs? Or take a test light and have someone step on the brakes and test the conectors were the bulbs go into the socket.. i dont mean to sound like a smart ***... But it doesnt hurt to check if you got power going back there and you can trace it... Also I know the bulbs have 2 wires in there and for me I've always had the bulb being bad.. I would check to see if you got power going back there with someone stepping on the pedal and trace were the issue is.. n if you do have power then bulbs are shot...

Check relays??I guess next best thing would be checking wires, and connectors to find the break somewhere. Where where the power loss starts.. something that might help ya out chilton repair manuals.. have a lot of wiring diagrams.. they've helped me out from time to time

I have checked the relays, connectors, and wires and I have the service manuals i have looked and looked but the ICM for the lights I guess is in the fuse box beneath everything and have yet to find a way to test it.
